Need a refill? We're happy to help.

Your health can change over time, and so can your treatment plan. Every refill request is reviewed to help ensure your supplements remain safe, appropriate, and aligned with your current health needs.

 

Most refill requests are processed within 1–2 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your chosen delivery method.

Requesting a Refill

 

You can request a refill by:

 

If you're requesting your refill by email, please include:

  • Your full name

  • The supplements you'd like refilled and the quantity of each

  • Your preferred delivery method (clinic pickup, local courier, or Canada Post)

  • Confirmation of your current mailing address

  • Any special delivery instructions

Before You Sumbit Your Request​​

To help us provide safe, high-quality care, please note:

  • Payment is required before refills are dispensed.

  • GST applies to all supplements and shipping charges.

  • If you haven't seen your practitioner in more than 12 months, or if you're requesting a product that hasn't previously been recommended, a follow-up appointment may be required before we can process your refill.

  • Occasionally, products are temporarily unavailable. If a substitute is needed, your practitioner will review appropriate alternatives before any changes are made.

 


Pick-Up & Delivery Options

 

Pick-Ups

You are welcome to pick up your refill during our office hours. To help ensure your order is ready when you arrive, we recommend submitting your refill request in advance.

If the office door is locked during business hours, simply knock or call the office when you arrive. If you're visiting outside the building's regular hours, please use the intercom at the main entrance to reach our office.

 

Local Courier Delivery 

We offer local courier delivery throughout Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Nisku, and Fort Saskatchewan.

Most local deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on when your order is received.

Please let us know about any special delivery instructions (for example, a buzzer number or a request for the driver to call before arriving).

Shipping costs vary based on parcel size and destination.

Canada Post Shipping

 

We also ship supplements across Canada using Canada Post.

Most shipments arrive within 2–4 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and Canada Post service levels.
