Appointment Changes & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 business hours' notice.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mountain Time), excluding statutory holidays.
For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Monday at 10:00 AM, any cancellation or rescheduling request must be received by 10:00 AM on the preceding Thursday.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 business hours' notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, will be charged the full appointment fee.
Any outstanding cancellation fees must be resolved before future appointments can be booked.
Appointments will also be considered missed if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, as there may not be enough time remaining to safely provide your care.
If You're Feeling Unwell
If you become ill before your appointment, please let us know. In many cases, we're happy to convert your visit to a secure virtual or telephone appointment when it is clinically appropriate, allowing you to receive care without needing to come into the clinic.
Why We Have a Cancellation Policy
Every appointment at Naturally Inclined Health is reserved specifically for you. Unlike many healthcare settings, we do not double-book appointments. Your practitioner sets aside dedicated time to prepare for your visit, review your history, and focus entirely on your care.
When appointments are cancelled with enough notice, we're often able to offer that time to another patient who has been waiting for care. Providing advance notice helps us make the best use of our practitioners' time and improves access to care for everyone.
Our cancellation policy reflects our commitment to respecting the time of all patients, practitioners, and staff while ensuring we can continue to provide the thoughtful, individualized care our patients expect.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
