Beginning care with a new healthcare provider is an important decision. Our goal is to make the booking process simple, welcoming, and personalized so that you feel supported from your very first interaction with our clinic.
How To Book Your Initial Appointment
All new patients begin with an Initial Appointment.
Rather than offering online booking for initial visits, we start with a brief conversation. This allows our Patient Care Coordinators to answer your questions, learn a little about what brings you to the clinic, and help connect you with the practitioner who is the best fit for your needs.

Complete the New Patient Application (below).
Step 2
One of our Patient Care Coordinators will contact you during business hours.
Step 3
We'll schedule your Initial Appointment and help you prepare for your visit.

Extended health insurance plans often provide coverage for naturopathic visits. Coverage varies by plan.

A credit card is required to reserve your initial appointment.

Once we receive your application, one of our Patient Care Coordinators will review it and contact you during business hours to answer any questions and schedule your appointment. We typically get back within 1-3 business days.
