Here are some important things to do to get you started in setting up your online patient portal:
Remember to set up your online portal as soon as you are able to. The portal is the easiest way for you to get information from your naturopathic doctor about your current treatment plans and upcoming visits. If you have not yet set up your portal, please read more below.
You should have received two emails about the portal setup: first, containing the link for the portal setup. Second, containing the code for the initial setup. If you haven't created your profile yet, kindly check those two emails.
Your 4-word code expires five(5) days after it is sent to you. If it has expired, please send us an email and we will be happy to set you up with a new one.
