Here are a few things you need to know about booking your appointment online:

Existing Patients

Please read the appointment selections carefully and select the one that is correct for you.

Some appointment types (such as IV and injection appointments) cannot be booked online. Please call or email the office and we will be happy to book these appointments for you.

By clicking below to schedule your appointment you are agreeing to the terms set out in our cancelation policy.

Last-minute bookings cannot be booked online. A minimum of 24hr notice is required for online bookings. If your concern is urgent, please call or email the office and we will do our best to accommodate you. ​

A Note About

Online Appointment Changes:

You are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment online but the system will only allow this if the change is made a minimum of 96 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you need to change or cancel your appointment after this time please call or email the office. Please note our cancelation policy will still apply.

Due to the CoVid-19, only Telemedicine consults will be available for online booking at this time. In-Person visits ARE AVAILABLE, but will be assigned on a case by case basis. Please call the clinic if you would like to be considered for and In-Person Visit.

All massage visits have been temporarily suspended. If you would like to be added to our call back list when massage becomes available again please email us.

If you are in need of refills or have any questions please email us we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
